PARKING & ARRIVAL
Students attending the training may park in the rear parking lot behind the Fillmore Active Adult Center. Additional street parking is available along Santa Clara Street. Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payment during registration. Additional payment options may be available upon request.Zelle is the preferred method of payment. Venmo is also accepted.
How long does guard card training take?
The training is 8 hours total: 3-hour online + 5-hour in-person session.
Do I need fingerprints before class?
Live Scan fingerprints are required and can be completed before or after training.
Is the course BSIS approved?
Yes. Our course is fully authorized and approved by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) to meet all state certification requirements for security guard cards.
What should I bring?
Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID, a notepad, and a pen. We also recommend having any email confirmation materials ready and wearing comfortable clothing suitable for a professional classroom environment.
What is your course completion policy?
Students must pass the final quiz to receive a certificate. Retakes may be allowed.
What is your refund policy?
No refunds within 48 hours of the scheduled training.
Are translation devices allowed during class?
Instruction and testing are conducted in English. Students should be able to understand and participate in English.
